These terms govern your use of QR Album. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QR Album, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
QR Album is a digital photo album platform that allows event hosts to create albums and collect photos and videos from guests via QR code or shared link. Guests can upload media without creating an account.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately at support@qralbum.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Plans and Payments
QR Album offers three plans per album: Free (up to 10 photos, 30 days storage), Plus (up to 300 photos, 180 days storage, €39 one-time), and Pro (unlimited photos, 365 days storage, €99 one-time). All paid plans are a one-time payment per album — not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
5. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the event date has not yet passed. Refunds are not available after the event date or after the 14-day window. To request a refund, contact us at support@qralbum.app or use the refund option in your album settings.
6. Storage and Expiry
Files are stored for the duration of your plan starting from your event date. After the storage period ends, there is a 7-day grace period during which you can still download your files. After the grace period, all files are permanently and irreversibly deleted. We send a reminder email 7 days before expiry. We are not responsible for data loss due to failure to download files before expiry.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not upload, share, or collect content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, contains nudity without the consent of those depicted, constitutes harassment or hate speech, or is used to spam or deceive others. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all photos and videos uploaded through QR Album. By uploading content, you grant QR Album a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and serve the content solely to provide the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content and will never use it for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
QR Album is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, including photos or videos deleted after the storage period expires. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the album in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of QR Album shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
